Everything in Old Naples is new again, and that process is being expedited by the hurricanes that have brushed our coast in the last five years. Many homes that were built 40-60 years ago are no longer high enough to survive our current climate. The new homes being built are elevated and built to the Miami-Dade hurricane building code - to withstand very high winds. These new homes have proven that the building code works.
