A seller asked me this week, "should we list our Naples home for sale now, or wait until after the holidays."  Here are five reasons that now is a great time to list! 

  1.  Even though buyer demand ramps dow this time of year, many seasonal visitors are starting to arrive so there is still a market during the holidays

  2.  Properties that are in good condition, good location and priced appropriately are selling quickly 

  3. Inventory starts to ramp up this time of year, but January is when we will see our big push of new listings. You have less competition on the market right now 

  4. Our median sales prices are holding steady

  5. We have seen a trend in Naples of multiple family generations wanting to own property near each other.  They tend to gather in Naples this time of year, making it easier for these buyers to see your home while they are here
