Old Naples is known for its charming palm-lined streets, tropical landscaping, chic boutiques and restaurants, and white sand beaches. Old Naples is one of the most sought out places in the world for sunshine, relaxation, and enjoying family in a low-risk environment.

While there are some celebrity residents, and some of the most prominent people in the United States own property here, the great thing about Naples is that it tends to be pretty low-key. There are a lot of supercars here but people don't tend to rev their engines (at least not the locals).

You can walk away from that car parked on the street for dinner and not worry about it while you're eating. Here, it's not about getting people to turn their heads to look at you there's always someone here with more money and a faster car. Here, it's about being able to be yourself and enjoy what you've worked hard for. And because of all of that, the price of real estate has skyrocketed. The most expensive house on the market in Old Naples today is $99 million. Entry level for a single family home today is in the $3.5 mil range.
