  • Avalon: 1 leaseper year with a 30-day minimum rental period
  • Barrington Club: 3 leases per year with a 30-day minimum rental period
  • Breakwater: 3 leases per year with a 30-day minimum rental period
  • Calais: 3 leases per year with a 90-day minimum rental period
  • Chanteclair Maisonettes: 3 leases per year with a 60-day minimum rental period
  • Crescent: 3 leases per year with a 30-day minimum rental period
  • Glencove: 3 leases per year with a 90-day minimum rental period
  • L'Ambiance: 3 leases per year with a 30-day minimum rental period
  • Laurel Oaks: 2 leases per year with a 60-day minimum rental period
  • Lugano: 2 leases per year with a 90-day minimum rental period
  • Pointe at Pelican Bay: 1 lease per year with a 90-day minimum rental period
