Update on the Naples Four Seasons | The Miracle Mile

In a previous post we brought you news about the new Naples Beach Club and Four Seasons property.  Today we have an update on the hotel opening and restaurants that will be offered as part of the Four Seasons. 

The resort's website is now showing booking availability as of October 20, 2025, with restrictions.  This will be a soft opening for the resort with limited availability until December where rates look to be in the $1,100 a night range.  They are rumored to have 220 rooms and 57 suites.  

The hotel will offer five restaurants, with the signature Gulf view Merchant Room being its crown jewel.  The new dining concept will be lead by Chef Gavin Kaysen, who has headed restaurants at other Four Seasons properties.  

Other dining options at the hotel will include The Sunset Bar, The Shed and the Wager, and local beloved HB's on the Gulf which was part of the previous Naples Beach Hotel and will open with a new look after years of being closed as part of the new construction project on site.  

Also on-site and open to the public will be the Market Square with a sports pub, bowling alley, cinema, shops and the Sanctuary Spa.
